Physiotherapy that takes its time.

A clinic in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. One therapist, one patient, forty five unhurried minutes.

A therapist in blue scrubs and an older patient sitting facing each other at a treatment couch, holding a blue resistance band stretched between them while the therapist watches him pull.

Fourteen years in Panampilly Nagar

Dr Anjana Warrier opened the clinic in 2012 and still sees patients five days a week.

9,400 sessions given here since we opened

Your first visit is an assessment

Forty five minutes to work out what is actually wrong before anybody switches a machine on.

Ask us about it

Meet the founder

Dr Anjana Warrier

BPT, MPT in Neurological Rehabilitation

Practising since 2008. She opened this clinic in 2012.

I trained in Bengaluru and spent four years on a neurology ward before I came home to Kochi. What I learned there is that recovery is slow, and that people give up when nobody explains why it is slow. So I built the clinic around the explaining. Every patient gets forty five minutes and the same therapist for the whole course, and I would rather see you eight times properly than twenty times in a hurry.

Fewer machines. More assessment. A home programme written in whichever language you read most comfortably.

Our specialities

Six specialities, one clinic

Message on WhatsApp

Each one has a lead therapist. You are matched to a therapist at the first assessment, and you keep them. Tap whichever one sounds like your problem and ask.

How it works

Three ways to be seen

Pick whichever fits your week. The assessment and the home programme are the same either way.

  • Clinic sessions

Forty five minutes on the plinth and in the gym, with the full assessment repeated every fourth visit so you can see what moved.

    • The same therapist for the whole course
    • A written home programme from visit one
    • Reassessed every fourth visit
  • Home visits

For patients who cannot travel yet. Vinod covers central Kochi six days a week.

    • Central Kochi, six days a week
    • Bed and chair transfers taught to the family
  • Video follow-ups

Once you are steady, a review can happen on a call instead of in traffic.

    • Twenty minutes, for review visits only
    • Your home programme corrected while you do it

Tell us where it hurts.

Message us and Joseph will find you a slot this week.

Before you book

What people ask before they book

Cost, referrals, insurance, parking and how many visits it takes. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will answer it honestly.

What does a session cost?

Six hundred rupees for a clinic session. A block of ten is five thousand four hundred. A home visit in central Kochi is nine hundred.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Walk in or message us directly. If we think you need a scan or an orthopaedic opinion before we start, we will say so at the assessment.

Do you take insurance?

We take cash, UPI and card, and we give a proper receipt you can claim against. We do not bill insurers directly.

How long is a session, and how often should I come?

Forty five minutes. Most people start at two or three visits a week and taper from there.

Which areas do home visits cover?

Panampilly Nagar, Kadavanthra, Elamkulam, Vyttila, Ravipuram and Marine Drive. Ask about anywhere else and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Is there parking?

Four cars in front and covered two-wheeler parking at the side of the building.

What languages do you speak?

Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi. Your home programme is written in whichever one you read most comfortably.

What should I wear?

Loose clothes. Shorts or track pants if the problem is in a knee, hip or ankle. There is a changing room.

How many sessions before I feel better?

Most people notice a change by the third to fifth visit, and a full course usually runs about six weeks. If nothing has shifted by the fifth visit we reassess rather than keep going.

What patients say

What four of them said afterwards

Six weeks on crutches after the knee surgery and I had convinced myself I would never trust that leg again. Eleven sessions. Nobody rushed it, nobody sold me a package, and I walked out of here without them.
