Full home interiors

Design, drawings, materials, execution and handover for 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes.

How a project runs

Five stages. You sign off at each one before the next starts.

  1. Site visit

    We measure the home, note the plumbing and electrical points and hear what you need.

  2. Layout and palette

    Furniture layout, 3D views of key rooms and a physical swatch board you can touch.

  3. Quote and sign off

    An itemised quote by room. Work starts after you sign the drawings and the first payment.

  4. Execution

    Civil, electrical, carpentry and painting on a written schedule. Weekly site photos on WhatsApp.

  5. Handover

    Deep cleaning, a snag list closed with you, and the warranty papers in one folder.

Questions

Do you visit the site before quoting?

Yes. Every quote starts with a site visit and measurements. The visit is free within Bengaluru.

How long does a 2 BHK take?

About 10 to 12 weeks from design sign off to handover, depending on the scope and the building's work hours.

Can I buy the materials myself?

Yes. We can work on a design and supervision fee while you buy the materials. The quote shows both options.

Is there a warranty?

Carpentry and hardware carry a written warranty of 10 years. Brand warranties on appliances and fittings pass to you.
